So, yesterday was my first day of classes as an official senior. It was so much fun to be back on campus and see all my friends again. I know the homework load is going to be incredibly tough this semester, but I know that after 15 weeks of misery, my spring load will be very easy to coast through. My first class got out in less than 20 minutes so Delanie and I went out for iced tea and water at Caribou. It was a great time to catch up on all that has happened and learn more about what the year brings for both of us. I was so tired after my second class that I came home and slept for 3 hours before going out to get groceries. I may have mono.
Today I had two classes. My first prof seems pretty down to earth. I like that he is relational and isn't going to have any tests. My second prof is definately old school. He even broke down our sylabus into how many hours we should spend on each assignment. Yikes! The nice thing is that I have almost all the same people in my classes and we can work in groups on most everything so I hope it will help us out. I am soooo excited to see Jon Peterson twice a day :-) ahhhhh
This is what my schedule looks like:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday
10:30 - 11:00 Chapel
11:25-12:30 Christian Theology
12:40-1:45 Philosophy of Biblical Counseling
3:00-5:00 work
Tuesday/Thursday
8:40-10:20 Theology of Ministry
10:30-11:00 Chapel
11:30-1:10 Leadership in Ministry
2:00-5:00 work
Somewhere in there I plan to take dance classes and do some outreach stuff and coach/judge speech. It's going to be a crazy semester! I want to write more but I have to run to work...be back later |
